In the area of the former city brewery Rothenburg there is a great underground multi-storey cellar. The cellar was dug out in a medieval stone quarry with the help of inserted ceilings and through tunnelling by miners. Over centuries the facility had been used as a storage room with a natural ice cooling. To survey the as-built situation, for a basic evaluation and for the geological evaluation of the nearby mountains as well as for static proofs a complete as-built survey of the entire brewery cellar was conducted and visualised.
